| adobong pusit - another S-Squared favorite :D |
1/2 kilo squid (medium-size)
1/4 cup soy sauce (kikoman)
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 pcs. green finger chili pepper
1 tbsp. garlic (McCormik minced garlic, you may add more garlic if you want, I do!)
1 dried bay leaf
ground black pepper
Cooking Procedure:
Put all the ingredients (except green finger chili pepper and vinegar) in a pan. Cover and then simmer for about 15 minutes. Add the vinegar and chili finger and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot. Enjoy! :)
Note: The squid retains water that's why I didn't add water in this recipe. :)
